Cookie Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This cookie policy explains which cookies and comparable browser technologies Syntriq GmbH uses on this website, for which purposes they are used, how long they are stored and how you can manage or withdraw your consent. It supplements our privacy policy.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They can make a website technically usable, remember choices, measure usage or support marketing and conversion analysis.

3. Legal basis under German and European law

Storing information on your device or accessing information already stored there is generally allowed only with prior consent under Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Consent is not required when the storage or access is strictly necessary to provide a digital service expressly requested by you, Section 25 (2) TDDDG.

If personal data is processed afterwards, the GDPR applies as well. For optional statistics cookies we rely on your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. For required consent-management technologies we rely on our legitimate interest in documenting and respecting your choice under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Under Art. 7 GDPR you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

6. Google Analytics 4

If you consent to optional statistics cookies, this website loads Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited, how users move through the website and where we can improve content and conversion paths. Google may also process data on servers of Google LLC in the United States. For such transfers, Google refers to applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

7. Managing and withdrawing consent

You can change your cookie choice at any time by using the "Manage consent" button shown at the bottom right after your first decision.
