We come from day-to-day IT operations of mid-market companies. Support, cloud, infrastructure, for years. That is where we kept seeing the point at which standard software stops and custom solutions need to begin.

Patrick verantwortet die strategische Ausrichtung von Syntriq und die Kundenbeziehungen. Mit seinem Hintergrund in Betriebswirtschaft und Digitalisierungsberatung versteht er die Sprache des Mittelstands — und übersetzt zwischen Geschäftsanforderungen und technischer Umsetzung.
Thies leitet die technische Entwicklung bei Syntriq. Als Full-Stack-Architekt mit Erfahrung in Cloud-Infrastruktur, KI-Integration und modernen Web-Technologien sorgt er dafür, dass jedes Projekt auf einem soliden technischen Fundament steht — pragmatisch, skalierbar und zukunftssicher.
Albrim entwickelt skalierbare Full-Stack-Applikationen für unsere Kundenprojekte. Mit seiner tiefen Erfahrung in modernen Web-Technologien und seinem Gespür für saubere Architektur sorgt er dafür, dass komplexe Anforderungen in robuste, wartbare Software übersetzt werden.
Sophie verantwortet den Vertrieb bei Syntriq und begleitet Neukunden vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Projektstart. Mit ihrem Verständnis für die Herausforderungen des Mittelstands und ihrer Beratungskompetenz findet sie die passende Lösung für jeden Kunden.

We work where you are. Most collaboration happens remote, asynchronously, with short calls and clear artefacts. When it matters, we come on-site, from the Ruhr area to the Baltic Sea.
